SWIFT Care stands for Sexual Wellness and Individually Focused Treatment — a programme designed around the reality that no two women's health journeys are the same.
For many women, sexual wellness sits at the intersection of physical health, mental wellbeing, relationships, and personal history. These issues rarely fit neatly into a standard consultation. SWIFT Care was built to give them the space and structure they deserve.
SWIFT Care combines specialist clinical assessment with CBT-based mental health support and digital health navigation. Every plan is individual. Every consultation is private.

Private consultation with Dr Manyonga for sexual pain, hormonal symptoms, pelvic pain, and general gynaecology concerns, respectful, confidential, non-judgemental.
CBT-based mental health support
Access a third-party CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) tool to address stress, anxiety, fear, and relationship patterns that affect women’s health, use it digitally in your own time.
Virtual consultations
Book an online gynaecology consultation from anywhere in South Africa, fewer in-room visits, faster follow-up when needed.
NOMA, your health navigator
NOMA is your digital health assistant, she supports your care plan, answers questions between appointments, and keeps your treatment plan on track.
